Admission Procedure

Step 1 – Purchase or Request the Admission Form
Admission forms can be obtained from the school’s administrative office or downloaded from our official website www.successgardeninternationalschools.com.ng.
A non-refundable form fee applies and can be paid directly at the school office or via our online payment channels.
Step 2 – Submit the Completed Form with Required Documents
Along with the filled admission form, applicants must submit:
Two recent passport photographs of the child
A copy of the child’s birth certificate or age declaration
Previous academic reports (for Primary and Secondary entrants)
Transfer certificate (for students transferring from another school)
Medical record / immunization history
Step 3 – Entrance Assessment / Placement Test
Pupils seeking admission into Primary, Junior Secondary, or Senior Secondary will be invited to write an Entrance Assessment.
The assessment evaluates numeracy, literacy, general knowledge, and subject-specific skills to determine the most suitable class placement.
For Crèche and Nursery, interaction and observation sessions are conducted instead of formal tests.
Step 4 – Interview with Parent/Guardian
Successful candidates and their parents/guardians will attend a brief interview with the Head of School or Admissions Officer to discuss expectations, school policies, and the child’s development needs.
Step 5 – Offer of Admission & Payment of Fees
An official Admission Offer Letter will be issued to successful applicants.
Parents are required to confirm acceptance by paying the admission fee and first term’s school fees within the stipulated period to secure the child’s place.
Step 6 – Orientation & Resumption
Admitted students and parents are invited for Orientation Day, where they are introduced to the school’s culture, facilities, teachers, and code of conduct.
Students resume on the announced date, fully prepared to begin their academic journey at Success Garden International Schools.
Note:Â Admission is subject to availability of space in the requested class, and the school reserves the right to place a child in the class level most suited to their age and performance.

- NURSERY/PRIMARY
TEACHING STAFF
Our Academic members of staff are professionals in their various field. Specialist teachers are however employed to teach Mathematics, English Language, French, Music, Fine Art, ICT, Computer Science and Primary Sciences. In addition, Our Nursery School Teachers are Montessori trained, and we have specialists teaching Mathematics, English Languages and Sciences
PRE SCHOOL
Preschool group consists of children of ages 3 months to 1 year for the crèche and 1 to 3 in the preschool 1 and 2 classes. These classes are essentially play groups with the help of experienced supervisor Who ensure cleanliness, safety and comfort of these children at all times. Pupils are introduced to the Montessori tools under the guidance of trained Montessori teachers
NURSERY
This school consists of children between the ages 3 to 5. Formal academic work starts under the guidance of Montessori trained class teachers and at least two class assistants.Â
PRIMARY
Children admitted into the primary school must be above 5 years old. We encourage the class
teaching system whereby pupils learn from their class teachers by direct contact through examples.
SECONDARY
Children admitted into the secondary school must be aboveÂ
Mathematics, English Language, Literature-In-English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Yoruba, Computer Studies, ICT, Christian Religious Knowledge, Islamic Religious Knowledge, Government, Economics, Geography, Book-Keeping, Store Management, Insurance, Marketing, Financial Accounting, Agricultural Science, Food and Nutrition, Civic Education, Further Mathematics, Commerce and Home Management.
